This page explains your rights and how we fulfil our obligations as a data controller and, where applicable, data processor.

Automely is incorporated in Delaware, USA. When personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA to the United States, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Client project data is retained for a maximum of 3 years after project completion unless otherwise agreed.
We use essential, analytics, and marketing cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed with your consent. You can withdraw consent or manage cookie preferences at any time by contacting us or clearing cookies in your browser settings.
