Our Developers

Beyond the leadership team, Automely's developers are senior engineers across AI, web, mobile, and automation disciplines — each with production experience in their specialism and a track record of working directly with international clients.

We do not publish individual profiles for all developers to protect their privacy and prevent the active poaching that public developer profiles attract in the tech industry.

Before any developer is placed on a client engagement, they go through a technical interview with a senior Automely engineer and a communication assessment. The profile you receive before saying yes is accurate — not a marketing document.

What you can expect from every Automely developer placed on your engagement

Minimum 3 years of production experience in the specialism they are placed for

Comfortable working in English with US and UK clients — written and spoken communication both

Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, Jira, Notion, Linear) from day one

Direct availability during your core working hours for synchronous communication

Code that is documented, reviewed, and tested — not just code that works in the demo

How We Maintain Standards

The reputation of a developer agency lives or dies on whether the developers placed are as good as the ones who interviewed. We maintain quality through three mechanisms.

Structured Technical Assessment

Every developer joining the Automely team goes through a technical interview with a senior Automely engineer before any client placement. The profile you receive before saying yes is accurate — not a marketing document.

Code Review on All Engagements

Senior engineers participate in code review across all active engagements. This is not bureaucracy — it is how we catch quality drift early, before it becomes a client problem.

Client Feedback at Every Milestone

We collect feedback after every engagement milestone and use it directly to improve developer matching for future engagements. We have replaced developers when client feedback showed a mismatch. We would rather have the difficult conversation early.

If a placed developer is not meeting expectations, we replace them within 5 business days. This has happened. We would rather have the difficult conversation early than let a client's project suffer.
