Stop with the algorithm questions. Use these instead.

"How would you design memory for an agent that needs context from conversations that happened weeks ago?"
"Tell me about a time your agent did something completely unexpected in production. What happened and what did you change?"
"If a tool call fails halfway through a task, what are the agent's options and how do you decide which path to take?"
Anyone who has actually built production agents will have real, specific answers to these. Anyone who's only done tutorials will start talking in generalities.
